Zoo admission is required (May-Sept) and can be purchased on arrival
Encounters taking place after Sept. 30 thru April 30 do not require zoo admission.
When you book an encounter you can choose it for 1-4 people (with the exception of the kangaroo encounter). If you do not take the full 4 spots then those spots will still be open for others to book. All participants must purchase an encounter ticket.
Please arrive a few minutes early for your encounter to ensure you are checked in before your encounter time begins.
